Russia's Roscosmos will stop working with NASA and other western space agencies on the International Space Station. Director Dmitry Rogozin says the move is in response to international sanctions against Russia. He says normal cooperation will only be possible after sanctions are lifted. The Russian space agency is critical to the ISS, as it handles guidance control for the entire station.
