Google Cloud launches Flex Agreements to let customers migrate workloads to the cloud without up-front commitments. Customers still get access to Google Cloud incentives such as cloud credits and monthly spending discounts. Customers previously needed an upfront commitment in order to reap the benefits of a certain set of incentives.
