Judge James Donato threw out Donald Trump's lawsuit against Twitter. The former President filed the suit in October, arguing that the social network's ban violated his First Amendment rights. Twitter suspended Trump's account after his supporters stormed the Capitol in January 2021. The social network cited two of his tweets in particular that it believes were "highly likely to encourage and inspire people to replicate the criminal acts"
