The Senate Commerce Committee wrapped up another three-hour hearing about social media's effect on children and teens, featuring representatives from TikTok, Youtube and Snap. The three apps are some of the most popular apps among teens and younger users, but all three have gotten less attention from lawmakers than Facebook and even Twitter.
