Adobe has significantly upgraded the AI Assistant feature in its popular PDF editing software, Acrobat. The update includes the ability to analyze and query multiple documents simultaneously and an AI image generator based on the Firefly model. Users can now drag and drop non-PDF file types into the chatbot interface. Adobe stated that while documents will be uploaded to the cloud for analysis, user data will not be used for model training. The company also emphasized that third-party LLM providers will be prohibited from using the data. Additionally, Adobe will offer the AI Assistant feature for free to all users from June 18 to 28.
