Huobi Global, China's top crypto exchange, is nearing a takeover by an investment firm. The company's controlling shareholder has completed the transaction to sell its entire stake to About Capital. The Hong Kong-based firm is started by Ted Chen, who founded China's Greenwoods Asset Management.
