YouTube TV customers will regain access to Disney channels after a two-day blackout. The Disney-owned channels went dark Friday night after YouTube said it couldn't reach an agreement with Disney. The two companies announced Sunday they had reached a new carriage agreement. YouTube had said it would drop the monthly price of its TV-streaming service by $15 while programming was unavailable.
