Zendesk announced the acquisition of Cleverly, which is based in Lisbon, Portugal, and has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme. The financial terms of the deal are not being publicly disclosed at this time and Cleverly has not been entirely public about the size of its funding.
