For the first time in more than 30 years, parts of former U.S. President Donald Trump's business empire have been made public. True Social, the social media company he founded, spiked as much as 60% in the immediate aftermath of the trade, but eventually closed up 16%. Unusually, True Social traded under the ticker DJT rather than DWAC, the stock's stock code. DJT is the initials of Trump's name, and the stock has been trading in his name since that day. Despite the late-day decline, Wall Street still values True Social at a staggering $11 billion, a valuation that experts warn is unrealistic. "There is nothing about the current stock price that is a reasonable valuation of this company (True Social)," Michael Ohlrogge, a professor at New York University Law School, told CNN.
