The parties will appear at a hearing via teleconference on Tuesday so a Delaware chancellor can decide if their trial will proceed on an expedited or slower schedule. In a fresh filing out Monday, Twitter’s attorneys accused Musk of using delay tactics, in part, to harm Twitter’s reputation.
