PayPal has launched Grant Payments, a new system that lets charities and grantmakers move donations electronically. The system will work much as PayPal’s standard electronic payments do today. PayPal says it has entered into a commercial arrangement with grantmakers to enable them to provide this new solution to their charitable communities.
