FTX founder SAM BANKman-Fried says he is willing to testify to Congress next week. FTX failed last month in what was essentially a cryptocurrency version of a bank run. Bankman-fried has said he takes responsibility for the collapse and that he failed to grasp the amount of risk his businesses were taking on.
