The U.S. Department of Justice is conducting an early investigation into whether large technology companies, including Nvidia, are abusing their dominance in the emerging artificial intelligence (AI) market. The Justice Department's antitrust division reportedly contacted Nvidia to ask questions about the terms of its agreements and partnerships. Nvidia holds more than 80% of the AI chip market share.
