Google has added new features and updates to the video editor in Google Photos for Android and iOS users. The biggest change in this update is the new "AI-powered video presets," which allow users to automatically adjust video length, modify lighting, change speed, and apply new effects with just a few clicks. AI-based effects also include motion tracking, automatic zoom, and slow-motion capabilities. This update is not the first AI feature added to Google Photos. Last May, a Gemini-based AI chatbot called "Ask Photos" was introduced for US users. Google has also modified and added Android-specific features. The new trim tool provides improved controls for more precise editing, while a new "auto enhance" feature automatically improves colors and stabilizes videos, and a new "speed" tool allows users to adjust motion speed. The new features start rolling out today.
