Sam Bankman-Fried will be released on $250m bond after returning to the US to face criminal charges. The 30-year-old will be confined to the home of his parents in California. He will be fitted with a location-tracking bracelet and has already forfeited his passport. Federal prosecutors charged him with eight counts including conspiracy to commit wire fraud.
